Create an audit to understand the benefits and risks to transition the marketing team over to Google Analytics 4, and understand its ability to capture server-side transaction events.
Our Approach
We conducted a Google Analytics 4 audit which included the current implementation and the pros and cons of transitioning fully over to GA4 versus Adobe Analytics.
The Outcome
The audit concluded that the "Pros" of switching to Google Analytics 4 did not outweigh the "Con" of transitioning away from Adobe Analytics.
The cost-benefit analysis did not justify the investment in time, resources, and financial capital to make the switch.
